With a history and an unusual heritage, Trois-Rivières is known to be a major touristy destination in Mauricie. The party ambiance that emerges the Grand Prix reaches all the city’s poles like affirms again Martin Lampron, « It is crazy all week long from Wednesday; we already feel all the excitement that is around the event. It is the same in almost all kind of trade. » He also adds that « the races bring a lot of new people. The city changes during the Grand Prix. » So much aspects, that make of the Grand Prix de Trois-Rivières one of the biggest pride of the city.

This year, some news will embellish the downtown life during and before the Grand Prix. The whole week, the downtown will hoist the Grand Prix colours with the legends boulevard and the banners to the GP3R effigy. All week long some themes will cross each other to offer a festivity atmosphere to the present public. You will have the opportunity to see the circus in city, the disco years, the motor sport and more themes.
